Standard Tent(s)
There are five standard tents with four twin bedded tents and one king size bedded tent. There is one guide/pilot tent which is more basic than the standard tents.
Family Tent
There is one family tent which accommodates four guests comprising two rooms and two bathrooms each with their own entrance as well as an inter-leading door.

Little Vumbura – Game Drives
Morning and afternoon game drives allow you to get close to animals in the Savannah areas where lion, leopard, elephant, sable and buffalo along with extensive plains game roam. Our open 4×4 Land Rovers each accommodate a maximum of seven people allowing each guest a ‘window seat.
Little Vumbura – Night Drives
Night drives with spotlights allow you to find those nocturnal animals you wouldn’t see during the day. Porcupine, aardwolf, several, large spotted Genet and lesser bush baby are just some of these.
Little Vumbura – Mokoro Excursions
There is no better way of viewing game and exploring the Okavango than by traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) often providing up close and personal sightings of tiny frogs and exciting bird-life.
Little Vumbura – Boating
Water-level dependent, boating is another idyllic form of water wildlife viewing. Sights of hippo and crocodile are common in the waterways.
Little Vumbura – Nature Walks
On request and dependent on the availability of a qualified walking guide, nature walks with skilled, armed guides are wonderful ways of getting close to nature and observing the smaller creatures and plants you miss when traveling by vehicle.

Fishing with a limited supply of basic equipment is on offer seasonally on a catch-and-release basis.
Little Vumbura – Birding
The birding around Little Vumbura is exceptional all year round, with migrant species present in the summer. Pel’s fishing-owl is regularly seen, as well as other specials like wattled crane and slaty egret.
Hot Air Balloon Safaris
Take the skies in style and soar silently over the rich ecosystem of the Okavango Delta in a hot air balloon. Gaze over scenic splendor, watch elephant playing far below and fly eye-to-eye with an eagle. This experience ends with champagne and snacks (April to mid-October). *This activity is at extra cost.
