Tubu Tree Camp lies on the western side of isolated Hunda Island, with easy access to diverse habitats and thus excellent game viewing. As its name indicates, this eight-tented traditional-style camp is set in the tree canopy on raised decks, with a view of the open, grassy floodplain in front. The main area’s famous bar is shaded under the spreading boughs of a marula tree and the pool deck below affords uninterrupted views over the ever-changing plain.

Xigera Camp lies deep within the Delta on the lush, aptly-named Paradise Island. The semi-permanent water allows for sublime mokoro and motorboat outings, and it is also a renowned birding area. Depending on water levels, daily game drives encounter lion and wild dog while the area is famous for having the highest density of the elusive sitatunga antelope in the Delta

Xugana Island Lodge is situated on a wooded island abutting the lagoon, taking full advantage of this magnificent site. The thatched common area, comprising cocktail bar, lounge and curio shop, is still the original building put up in 1974, when Xugana became only the second tourist lodge ever built in the Okavango Delta.
