Leroo La Tau rises majestically above the Boteti River which stretches across the western border of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park. Xigera Camp lies deep within the Delta on the lush, aptly-named Paradise Island. The semi-permanent water allows for sublime mokoro and motorboat outings, and it is also a renowned birding area. Depending on water levels, daily game drives encounter lion and wild dog while the area is famous for having the highest density of the elusive sitatunga antelope in the Delta
